The staff is always helpful and attentive when needed. I have lived here for 6 months now and they have been updating things that needed to be done a long time ago. New floors in the hallways, pickle ball court’s, new patio flooring and so much more. The one thing I like the most is they take the time to keep the property clean. Very much recommend community!

I have lived here for about a month. If it’s not the cockroach infestation, it might be the broken toilet that spews out water or every faucet in the unit that’s broken. It could also be the broken storage units and possibly not the leaking AC that leaves a pool in your apartment every single morning. Now we can’t forget about the drain flies or the fact that management doesn’t reply to any request. It’s a good thing we have an operating pool that is always closed or a leasing office that can ...

I wouldn’t complain about the daily shut offs of water, because then the dripping stops temporarily. The bedroom light switch does not work for any apartment unit. It smells horrible. Go ahead and talk to anyone walking these premises. They will tell you it’s a nightmare that you should run. It should be illegal to rent out this place, I would be surprised no homeless have squatted here but if it wasn’t for the hefty fine of waiving the lease I’d be living on the street as an upgrade. P.s Some of the neighbors are actually really nice!

I lived here for a couple of weeks now. Nice community but the walls are thin! I can hear my neighbors whole conversation! A pest issue but hopefully I can fix that. The hallway carpet is really bad with burn marks from cigs and stains which makes the Apts look bad. I took my mom on a build tour and I was quite embarrassed when I walked on the first floor. They just need to keep it clean or replace it. Add more cameras because it’s an issue with loitering and it can make me feel uncomfortable at ...

times. Even my moma didn’t like. She said we need more security because of the loitering but hopefully they look into that. Oh and the plumbing here is not great. I had to put in three maintenance request for the same issue. I don’t think I would recommend only because it still needs improvement and the rate is too much for this quality. If you do decide to stay here ask for a walk through of the apt complex. Do not just see the model unit! The model looks way better

This apt complex has so much potential if they just take care of it . The hallway carpet is always dirty with stains everywhere it even smells like mildew. I been staying here for a few months and they haven’t cleaned the carpet once. Roaches are in my apt and they are in the hallways especially the big ones. I don’t even want to invite people over because of this! You have to ask to be on a list for your apt to be sprayed but it should be mandatory. I feel Like that would help control the pest. ...

Pool is never working. Oh and my balcony paint was chipping I mean badly. I had to put carpet over it So it can look presentable. Water fee is ridiculous. I do not recommend! Really disappointed

This apartment has a terrible property manager, Lataya. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. I applied here and basically wasted my money. She never answered the questions I asked if her and on top of that she was extremely rude on the phone with an attitude that is way over the top. They never pick up the calls and on top of that they never get back to you even though they say they will. Do not stay here, or you will have to deal with some very unprofessional manager/ workers. previous manager was very polite and much more cooperative, now the new manager is totally unfit for the job as she does NOT understand the meaning of patience and customer relationships. I would highly advise buyer to stay away and reconsider. Plus, there’s a terrible cockroach problem in the first floor of apartment, pest control doesn’t have a practical effect on it, but that is what they will tell you.
