Poor Management - Noise Problems and Zero Security
December 9, 2024The noise from the unit above is so loud that it disrupts my sleep and work. The gates rarely work, and strange people have been knocking on my door at night. The AC unit breaks every few weeks, and they won't bother to replace it. Management is nonresponsive to any complaints. I don't recommend this complex if you are looking for peace or security. May 30, 2022Overall a great experience at Terraces. No big complaints except not being able to leave trash out before 6pm. My work schedule doesn’t allow me to get home before 6pm, so I don’t really get to take advantage of the trash valet service even though I am paying for it.Property Manager Responded

Extremely Shady Business Practices
April 4, 2022I lived here for 2 years in 2 different units. During that time frame, My vehicle was broken into (twice), I had a tire slashed, had my storage unit broken into and robbed, and had leashless dogs chase after mine on multiple occasions. Needless to say, this wasn’t a great place to live. The office staff was always super friendly and the maintenance staff was responsive to maintenance requests so I will give them that. I was going to give a higher rating but I’ve been waiting for months for a ...detailed ‘bill’ of damages they’re erroneously attempting to charge. I finally received this today and the ‘damages’ are for “Full Apartment Painting”, which is something they do to every unit at turnover so it’s baffling why I wasn’t charged this charge for my first unit I moved out of but suddenly get charged for this one? They use cheap watered down paint that scuffs if the sunlight hits it so this ‘damage’ charge is just designed to milk money out of tenants. Steer clear of Terraces, while the team working there is great, the management company is deceitful and inconsistent and the community itself is an unsafe place to live.Property Manager Responded
