Nice play area for kids. Has swimming pool and laundry area by office or you can provide your own in your apartment. Comes with frig., dishwasher, stove. 2 and 3 bedrooms for low income families. Next to schools, and grocery and department stores. Patio is small and could use a shade cover and the master bedroom does get a bit warm during the summer months and my wall has a power box on the outside that tends to hum a dull sound. Walls a bit thin and can hear the people walk and kids play ...
upstairs, but that is apartment living. Carpet could be replaced. Not sure why the installed light colored carpet. It tends to look dirty because being to light in color. Rooms a bit boxy, but livable. Wish there was more shade in front of windows somehow. This place is suitable for small families.
