I've been living at Terramonte for the past two years, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The community is clean, well-maintained, and managed with a high level of professionalism. One of the standout features of this complex is the maintenance team—especially Joel, the maintenance supervisor. Joel is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I've submitted a maintenance request, it's been handled quickly and efficiently, often ...

Great complex! The maintenance manager here, Joel, is an absolute BLESSING! Repairs are made in a timely manner and he has made sure we are satisfied with the results. The office staff is also great! They are approachable and friendly.

overpriced

Poor customer service. Every month there is a new manager, and they are not helpful. There are always beggars walking in the parking lot, asking for money. One does not feel safe. Besides that, they increase the rent without fail at the end of the lease.
