The community is clean, well-maintained, and managed with a high level of professionalism. One of the standout features of this complex is the maintenance team—especially Joel, the maintenance supervisor. Joel is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I've submitted a maintenance request, it's been handled quickly and efficiently, often ...the same day. Joel always follows up to ensure everything is working properly, which speaks volumes about his commitment to quality service. The amenities are great, the neighbors are friendly, and the location is super convenient. overpriced
January 14, 2017Poor customer service. Every month there is a new manager, and they are not helpful. There are always beggars walking in the parking lot, asking for money. One does not feel safe. Besides that, they increase the rent without fail at the end of the lease.Review from Apartments.com
