    Applied to Terrano Apartments (managed by Greystar) and paid a $250 application deposit. Our application was denied, we never signed a lease, and we never moved in. Instead of returning the deposit, they kept the $250 and somehow issued a $100 “move-out” charge for a unit we never occupied. You can’t move out of a place you never moved into. Multiple attempts to resolve this with the leasing office went nowhere. No clear explanation, no correction, no refund — just silence and improper ...
    billing. This shows extremely poor administration and accountability. If this is how they handle people before you even become a tenant, imagine dealing with them after you move in.

    This is a true luxury community. Townhomes are absolutely beautiful and the grounds are fabulous. Both leasing staff and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Community feels safe and welcoming to new residents. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

    It’s almost been a year that I’ve been a resident of Terrano. I’m very pleased with my experience here so far. Maintenance comes quick, the pool is always pristine, the leasing office is helpful. I recommend it here to all of my friends looking at apartments.
