April 2, 2026Payments show up late causing you to pay twice with two convenience fees. Front office is unhelpful the majority of the time and give improper advice. You can ask the same question and get multiple answers with them all being wrong somehow.Review from Apartments.com

April 2, 2026We’ve had a few problems with the apartment such as roaches, AC broken, and broken cabinets. Maintenance was helpful in handling these issues, but considering how much we pay for the apartment it was a hassle to deal with, especially the roaches. It’s an old building, and for other apartments available in CP I would reccomend someone to look elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

March 23, 2026Apartment is good but has some downsides. It has a good (at least to me) gym, nice areas to hang out and a courtyard to play any sports or games there. The Wifi could be a little better though.Property Manager Responded

March 18, 2026Maintenance is well run, and always shows up punctually when called. Additionally, reorganizing my bedroom was done smoothly when I requested so. The only way my experience could be better (which is not related to management) is that there could be better public transport near TerrapinRow, especially to the metro station and across campus.Property Manager Responded

February 2, 2026I would give TRow a solid 9/10. I'm in the D3 and its a good amount of space plus everybody gets their own bathroom. The kitchen size is decent, the fridge and washing machines are big enough.Property Manager Responded
