    Hello I toured this week with Lisa at the property what a beautiful place the amenities are really nice and modern the pools and gym areas are very lovely and extremely clean too. I look forward to moving in to this beautiful building within a month and enjoying all terrena has to offer.

    I came to Terrena as my daughter will be starting school at CSUN next year and Oscar in the leasing office could not have been nicer! He showed us the entire property and even talked about how close in proximity everything is from the apartments. Heavily considering applying when the time comes!

    I took a tour and all I have to say is it feels you are on vacation. Lisa and team are amazing. Very polite and attentive to details. They take care of their tenants in many ways, the weekend i was there they had a mini pancake cart available in the patio for brunch. Amazing!

    Everyone in the office is amazing. Laura, Lisa, Karen and the manager have all been so kind and professional. The property itself is always beautiful, clean and well kept. The events are always nice and appreciated. The maintenance crew is amazing, Gerson and Jonathan were recently in my unit of which only took them one hour to tend to my issue and they fixed it immediately. I have been a tenant for approximately 5 years and really appreciate everything and everyone here.

    Stayed here for a year and it was a nonstop issue one way or another.... Whether it was the fire alarm going off (weekly by the way...get ready), break ins within peoples storage, overflowed trash spilling into the parking lot walk ways, something was ALWAYS going on at this place. I looked at a bunch of places nearby and regret choosing this place. The staff is nice at first, but quick to blame issues on others. We reported a leak above our bathroom for months and nothing got resolved, ...
    leading to an orange ring around the tub. When it came time to move out they blamed it on us and said we never reported it........ There are plenty of other places to stay in Northridge, trust me stay elsewhere

  • Maintenance Requests - Quick Follow Up

    I’ve lived here for over 1 year, and on the 2 issues I have had, the maintenance team follows up within 24 hours. Garrison and Jonathan just fixed a closet issue I had with the hanging racks and they now work like new! I’ve lived in several places and it is sometimes very hard to get something fixed quickly! The team here is great!

  • Chaos & Weed Fiesta

    Pros: • Very nice & friendly staff (Lease office, Cleaning Crew, Maintenance) • Space design is very optimized Cons: • Door slamming contest, it can happen at midnight or anytime of the day and it creates a massive shake and vibration that you feel it spine deep and makes you jump out of bed with anxiety. It is so embarrassing when you have guests over since they freak out and ask you ‘’WTH was that?’’. I spoke with the management & staff many times about this but absolutely nothing has been ...
    done. I even did the investigation and work to figure what units are doing this and let the management know but still no action or improvements. They just take notes to pretend that they care. • The neighbor below my unit had heavy walking / on heels and was very active till 2 or 2:30 am so I basically couldn’t sleep until 2ish am due to his door slamming and heavy walks. This was brought up to the management and the response was that there is nothing that they can do about it. • Every week expect to wake up from smell of weed since your neighbors would do it and turn on their fan so that it straight up comes to your unit. Or even if they do it in their balcony, the smell still gets into your unit through the windows. When I spoke to the security about this, they mentioned that if they are smoking in their unit or balcony there is nothing that they can do about it. • People leaving their balcony doors open and you hear constant dog barks & loud music (even late nights) • If the units are playing a very loud music that you can feel the vibration in your unit and call security, they say that there is nothing they can do since it is not after hours. • Occasional dog poops in hallway, stairs, and open areas. • If your unit is close to the main entrance parking lot forget about sleeping. Cars flying over the speed bumps and making a huge sound. Cops, fire fighters, ambulance, Access van, move in trucks, mid night Ubers, cars with loud music at night, random drunk people yelling getting off cars, etc. • Loud engine cars racing through the parking lot which would make the alarm of other cars to go on. Plus, it’s a safety hazard for other cars and pedestrians. • Many cars without the sticker / permit illegally parking in residential parking which is straight up an insult to the residents that paid for parking. Management, or security has never ever towed their cars. • Fire alarms going off on average once a week even in the middle of night • A lot of trespassing
