  • Nonstop Fire Alarms

    I’ve lived here in a single bedroom unit for 6 months now. Every week, usually before 8am on Saturday or early in the mornings on Thursday and Friday, the fire alarms for the entire building go off - including the one in the bedroom. The front office won’t acknowledge it as an issue, calling it “testing” even though it’s been happening every week for several months and I haven’t been able to sleep in on a Saturday yet. For package delivery, they have Amazon lockers but only a few so most parcels ...
    end up on the floor outside where they’re stolen immediately. Otherwise, the apartment itself is nice and the amenities like the gym are convenient.

Everything here is made for comfort and family life - safe, peaceful, and stylish. Two swimming pools, jacuzzis, BBQ areas, spacious lounges for meeting friends or clients, business rooms, and a great gym.     I came to Terrena as my daughter will be starting school at CSUN next year and Oscar in the leasing office could not have been nicer! He showed us the entire property and even talked about how close in proximity everything is from the apartments. Heavily considering applying when the time comes!

    I took a tour and all I have to say is it feels you are on vacation. Lisa and team are amazing. Very polite and attentive to details. They take care of their tenants in many ways, the weekend i was there they had a mini pancake cart available in the patio for brunch. Amazing!

    Everyone in the office is amazing. Laura, Lisa, Karen and the manager have all been so kind and professional. The property itself is always beautiful, clean and well kept. The events are always nice and appreciated. The maintenance crew is amazing, Gerson and Jonathan were recently in my unit of which only took them one hour to tend to my issue and they fixed it immediately. I have been a tenant for approximately 5 years and really appreciate everything and everyone here.

    Stayed here for a year and it was a nonstop issue one way or another.... Whether it was the fire alarm going off (weekly by the way...get ready), break ins within peoples storage, overflowed trash spilling into the parking lot walk ways, something was ALWAYS going on at this place. I looked at a bunch of places nearby and regret choosing this place. The staff is nice at first, but quick to blame issues on others. We reported a leak above our bathroom for months and nothing got resolved, ...
    leading to an orange ring around the tub. When it came time to move out they blamed it on us and said we never reported it........ There are plenty of other places to stay in Northridge, trust me stay elsewhere
