October 13, 2021We just recently moved in. So far everything seems to be okay. My only complains are the parking situation. I’ve been having to park my car out on the streets which I do not like. What if something happens to my car? It literally sucks having to come home early due to the fact that I need to find parking. They should have assigned parking spots at least as well as a section for visitors parking. You have to pay $45 more to get a carport, which they have a waiting list forReview from Apartments.com

August 12, 2018I no longer live at Terrene, but I did enjoy the two years that I lived there. The apartment was large and the complex was clean. I was also pleasantly surprised that the move out changes were reasonable, I would definitely recommend these apartments.Property Manager Responded

Terrene
August 8, 2015the terrene is a fairly new apartment complex right in front of the I-5. Even though it's in front of the noisy freeway, I can't hear too many cars unless my windows are open. I love my apartment because of how nice it is on the inside. I always get compliments when I have company over. There are so many amenities that make up for how expensive it is. They have a salt water pool and hot tub and a dog park. The neighbors I have are great. I would say that the only downside is parking but it's what ...I expect when living in an aparent. High Price, Low Value
January 21, 2015Appearance of the community is one thing, the quality is another. The quality of products used in construction were subpar. The policies are ever changing without notice. Staff has little control over the community, which leads to people moving in at 11 PM on a Tuesday and very poor sanitation in the gym facilities. Be prepared to be nickel-and-dimed for everything. Never heard of a company that charges for all cleaning costs, usually the property pays out of their own pocket, not charging ...outgoing patrons who paid their lease in full. More covered parking was added, taking away from the free parking, just to pad their pockets. Many of the covered spaces are left empty and the streets are packed with cars.
