September 22, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comBeen in our apartment for five months. Although the apartment is cute and spacious, Ann working with Rayvin has been great, there is a huge downside. You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors. We can hear full conversations, every single step they make, and it sounds like horses stomping over your head, the walls also vibrate with every move they make. May 17, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comLiving here so far I will say the place is gorgeous BUT it’s on a very busy street and right by a fire station, there’s always gnats and I clean my house everyday, but they still find a way in, the property managers are okay I never had a problem with Rayvin but the rest of them I just prefer not to go to them about anything. Overall the place is lovely!
