Everything here is good. The office is good. The maintenance people are very punctual and do the do the things right the only thing is we live here. We have to keep this place clean and kids are out of control again that’s my biggest pet peeve.

Every year the rise the rent to 150 to 200 dolar.The utilities hill are over 120 dollar every months
A lot of hidden fees that nobody tell at the beginning.Dont be stupid with the rent promotion because your going to regrett !!!! Building 27 28 and 29 have a lot of noise due rc csrs that dont care whether you work graveyard or not.They star driving these csr from 5 or 6 am until 8 or 10 pm. every day.My apartment floor is broken for more than a year.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The leasing team—Alexa, Ashley, and Raelyn—are always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I need. Dion in the office is also amazing and keeps everything running smoothly.
A huge shoutout to the maintenance team as well—AJ, Eddie, Luis,Brian, Anthony, and Mauricio. They are always responsive, professional, and get things done quickly.

Tesoro ranch is truly a hidden gem. Staff is great along with getting things serviced they come so quickly! Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful but in such a good location. And I love how spacious and perfectly laid out our apartment is. I love it here so far.

The pool. Will be great if the pool Will be clean by the people that use the facilities. Like removing their own trash. If a trash bin is full don’t pile on top or on the side of the trash can. Bring your own bag and take it to the trash can it’s only a few steps away. And keep it clean. And if they are using the tables ones they done using it wipe it down. Be more respectful of others. And don’t take 2 or 3 tables just because you are having a party. The pool is for residents only not for people ...
