April 2, 2026The pool. Will be great if the pool Will be clean by the people that use the facilities. Like removing their own trash. If a trash bin is full don’t pile on top or on the side of the trash can. Bring your own bag and take it to the trash can it’s only a few steps away. And keep it clean. And if they are using the tables ones they done using it wipe it down. Be more respectful of others. And don’t take 2 or 3 tables just because you are having a party. February 2, 2026After living at Tesoro for three years, I’ve seen a huge improvement in management. Everything has gotten better, from handling service requests to Amazon package security. Packages can be left outside your door for days without worrying about theft. These are the things I truly appreciate about living at Tesoro. There is also security stationed near the front office, which makes it feel safe even when going out early in the morning. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. The entire complex is always clean and well-maintained, and I truly feel safe and comfortable here. The community is friendly, and I’ve never had to deal with any noise issues or disruptions. Another huge plus — I’ve never seen a single bug in my apartment or anywhere around the property, which ...says a lot about how well it’s cared for.
