February 2, 2026After living at Tesoro for three years, I’ve seen a huge improvement in management. Everything has gotten better, from handling service requests to Amazon package security. Packages can be left outside your door for days without worrying about theft. These are the things I truly appreciate about living at Tesoro. There is also security stationed near the front office, which makes it feel safe even when going out early in the morning. October 27, 2025I’ve lived at Tesoro Ranch for about 9 months now. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful, and they made my move-in process quick and easy. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. The entire complex is always clean and well-maintained, and I truly feel safe and comfortable here. The community is friendly, and I’ve never had to deal with any noise issues or disruptions. Another huge plus — I’ve never seen a single bug in my apartment or anywhere around the property, which ...says a lot about how well it’s cared for. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, it’s been handled quickly, usually the same day unless it’s the weekend. Overall, Tesoro Ranch is a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable community.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Tesoro Ranch Apartments! The community is always well-maintained, and any time I’ve needed assistance, the team has gone above and beyond. Deon is incredibly professional and attentive — always making sure residents are taken care of and the property runs smoothly. Lanni is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about making sure everything in the office is handled quickly and efficiently. And Mauricio deserves a huge shout-out for his hard work and ...dedication — he’s always on top of maintenance requests and keeps everything looking great around the property. Overall, Tesoro Ranch feels like home because of the amazing staff who take pride in what they do.
