This place is in a good location, unfortunately management is slow and for what you pay a month, everything is old and worn down. “Upgraded” apartments just have the black appliances and the cabinets are still old and gross.
Maintenance is amazing and they get to apartments as quick as they can, but when they do, they get everything done correctly.
FEES!! Every month, our bills were $200+. Electricity and water were cheap, always around 50-80 combined, but all the other fees add up. If your ...
electric is low in your apartment, the community electric goes up.
Apartments share vents so if your neighbor smokes cigarettes, guess what! Your apartment will smell. Management was informed many times and neighbors were only given warnings. Couldn’t use heat during winter because it would smell horrible.
Prices have gone up an insane amount, and for the prices these apartments are going, you could rent somewhere else thats way nicer. Not all the apartments have a washer and dryer, and washing is expense at complex.
