January 4, 2022This place is in a good location, unfortunately management is slow and for what you pay a month, everything is old and worn down. “Upgraded” apartments just have the black appliances and the cabinets are still old and gross. Maintenance is amazing and they get to apartments as quick as they can, but when they do, they get everything done correctly. FEES!! Every month, our bills were $200+. Electricity and water were cheap, always around 50-80 combined, but all the other fees add up. If your ...electric is low in your apartment, the community electric goes up. Apartments share vents so if your neighbor smokes cigarettes, guess what! Your apartment will smell. Management was informed many times and neighbors were only given warnings. Couldn’t use heat during winter because it would smell horrible. Prices have gone up an insane amount, and for the prices these apartments are going, you could rent somewhere else thats way nicer. Not all the apartments have a washer and dryer, and washing is expense at complex. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSEProperty Manager Responded

Poor Management, not worth the cost
October 4, 2020Dog poo everywhere, trash always overfilling, management difficult to get ahold of, extremely loud families with thin walls, neighbors breaking into neighbors vehicles. Extremely poor management, only cares/revolves around money. I was extremely lucky I took pics of my aparment, they tried charginging me for renovations/carpet they did to another apartment and told me I had to prove that wasn't the aparment I rented (I was denied a final walk through, they said they dont do that). April 22, 2019Been living here for 4 years because this 1-bedroom is the best layout I have seen & has an extra, huge closet for storage of things like Christmas deco & hobby supplies. Large MB! Has DR sm eat-in kitchen. Now the bad news: appliances must date back to the early 80’s, lots of rust in refrigerator. Stove barely functional. Biggest issue: NO HOT WATER. Warm water to 110 degrees, able to hold my hand in it all day long. Management gives all kinds of excuses. I gave my notice to move, but found ...out that I had to stay for another year & suffer thru no hot water nor a washer & dryer. Laundry facilities are barely ok- lots of machines don’t work, yet take your money so have to go elsewhere & that is $$$$. Worst Apartments Ever
December 28, 2018The first year and a half I lived here, I didn't have so many issues with the apartment itself, because I don't complain about a lot. The staff on the other hand has always been horrible. They were constantly changing, or getting fired. No one ever seemed to know what was going on. They were extremely unprofessional, and when I moved into a two bedroom apartment, I dealt with mold -shortly after I moved in. They also mishandled our billing, and maintenance issues were a mess. I had to wash my ...cloths multiple times, throw away expensive items (because it came back after they treated it), and the whole process for fixing the mold cost us a lot of time and money. They basically said we had to move to another apartment (even though we had just moved in), or we had to schedule times for them to come in and do everything from spray it, to cut holes in the wall, until it was all resolved. We finally decided to break our lease because of how much trouble we were having, and they basically said all they would do was cut our fee in half (a full month's rent), in addition we still had to pay two months worth of rent (you have to give a 60 day notice), including utilities (which are high because they are community utilities), including time we weren't actually living in the apartment. I am still dealing with the billing situation because they take forever to get things to you, and then don't respond when you reply to their emails.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Spiders everywhere
August 9, 2018Went to go look at this apartment complex and there were spider webs on all the bushes and gates. Residents i saw don't look happy living here. Overheard a resident saying the mailboxes are broken into all the time. The apartments i thought were very expensive for the lack of security.
