    Having lived at Tesota Four Hills since 2022 through multiple management teams and companies, the only positive thing I can say about Tesota Four Hills is that the price of a 1 bed 1 bath apartment won't break the bank. Everything else ranges from mediocre to absolutely horrible. Management won't respond to most calls or emails; maintenance can take up to a month to fix things like plumbing issues, broken heaters, or doors that have fallen off of their hinges; management will leave a 24 hour ...
    notice of entry and then have nobody show up the next day, but will have them show up 2-3 days past the 24 hour notice, and won't respond when trying to reach out to them about the matter.

    This is not a community that is cared for at all. There is absolutely no way for us as residents to get our concerns addressed at all and we watch our property fall farther into disrepair by the day along with our amenities….This is NOT the place to rent

    Tesota Four Hills is a fairly priced community in Albuquerque, NM, offering a good value for what you get. The utilities are affordable, despite there being many. The pools are a great feature, though they can occasionally be closed due to other residents' actions. Most residents are friendly, and it's pleasant to see children playing outside safely. However, homelessness remains an issue, partly because the gate is frequently left open. Overall, it’s a decent place to live with some room for ...

  • No hot water for 3 weeks and counting

    I do not recommend living in this apartment complex. My building has not had hot water for 3 weeks and management doesn’t even have any information on when it will be fixed. My door lock was broken when I moved in and it took them over a week to fix that. The building are in poor condition and the apartment complex does not bother to fix issues.
