February 26, 2024Tesota is well maintained, clean and peaceful. There is security that can be called if there is an issue. The grounds are kept clean and tidy. No renten. Don’t rent
December 6, 2023Súper mal servicio. Ya tengo 2 meses que me salí de ahí y aún no me devuelven mi depósito. Los apartamentos están llenos de cucarachas. No dan el mantenimiento necesario. Super bad service. I've been out of there for 2 months now and they still haven't returned my deposit. The apartments are full of cockroaches. Worst manager
January 31, 2023The manager is very rude! They will charge you for anything but they use cheap paint and the work in the apartments is cheap! When I moved out I left the apartment clean and they still charged me a cleaning fee of $160 and $60 for carpet cleaning even though it was clean! Don't move in!
October 26, 2022Trash everywhere. Dog crap everywhere, Manager is beyond rude! Roaches and earwigs are a constant issue. It takes longer than is justifiably necessary to address work orders. They are re-landscaping the property and tools are carelessly being left around the grounds where kids and people can get hurt. Not worth it.Property Manager Responded
