      I am 82 years old and retired on a very limited income. My apartment is "unrenovated", yet clean with fresh paint, like new flooring and appliances. I appreciate being on the first floor (no stairs). Mostly, I appreciate the space - large airy rooms, pleanty of natural light, huge walk-in closet, linen closet and medicine cabinet.       Overall I am happy with TESOTA morningside. Very easy access to elementary schools and it is along the same street with Del Norte High where free public bus operates for students and parents alike. My unit well cleaned and painted when I moved in and the installed systems are functioning. Even when I needed help with plugs, an electrician was quickly dispatched to attend! Yeah.

      It is a friendly community with great staff. Both management and maintenance are friendly and very helpful. Jennah is so helpful when I go into the office and have questions, and the maintenance team is very efficient.

      We have really enjoyed the move-in experience and we thank the leading staff for making it smooth and easy. Special mention to Jenah at the leasing office for helping us through the process and always being available to answer questions or concerns.

      It’s easily accessible and close to work. The neighbors have been polite and respectful. The ladies the work in the office have been very helpful and polite. They are quick to address any concerns and also follow up with any concerns.
