Tour and application great, at move in the apartment was roach infested and had tons of maintenance issues. It's been 20 days and nothing important has been resolved. The property manager has zero integrity and will also talk herself into thinking someone said something they didn't. Your apartment will be left unlocked for anybody to enter it. Don't rent here it's not worth it.

Alexis and Jenna are awesome—they're super helpful and always on top of everything. Since I've lived here, they've always been professional, welcoming, and actually take the time to listen to us residents. It makes a huge difference having a management team that truly cares.

I am 82 years old and retired on a very limited income. My apartment is "unrenovated", yet clean with fresh paint, like new flooring and appliances. I appreciate being on the first floor (no stairs). Mostly, I appreciate the space - large airy rooms, pleanty of natural light, huge walk-in closet, linen closet and medicine cabinet. The appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and gas.
