May 12, 2026Tour and application great, at move in the apartment was roach infested and had tons of maintenance issues. It's been 20 days and nothing important has been resolved. The property manager has zero integrity and will also talk herself into thinking someone said something they didn't. Your apartment will be left unlocked for anybody to enter it. I appreciate being on the first floor (no stairs). Mostly, I appreciate the space - large airy rooms, pleanty of natural light, huge walk-in closet, linen closet and medicine cabinet. The appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and gas. Management is friendly, responsive and professional. February 21, 2025Overall I am happy with TESOTA morningside. Very easy access to elementary schools and it is along the same street with Del Norte High where free public bus operates for students and parents alike. My unit well cleaned and painted when I moved in and the installed systems are functioning. Even when I needed help with plugs, an electrician was quickly dispatched to attend!
