I appreciate being on the first floor (no stairs). Mostly, I appreciate the space - large airy rooms, pleanty of natural light, huge walk-in closet, linen closet and medicine cabinet. The appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and gas. Management is friendly, responsive and professional. Very easy access to elementary schools and it is along the same street with Del Norte High where free public bus operates for students and parents alike. My unit well cleaned and painted when I moved in and the installed systems are functioning. Even when I needed help with plugs, an electrician was quickly dispatched to attend!
