We had an easy and enjoyable process from touring all the way to moving in. Jessica helped us sign our lease and we were able to secure our favorite floor plan with her help. Communication was open and she was always willing to help if I called with questions prior and after move in. The townhome as well as the community is beautiful and my fiancé and I are so happy to start the next step in our journey here at Tessa Barrow crossing!

I love living at Tessa! We just renewed our lease for another 15 months! Only flaw is the limited parking, but we make it work when we have guests. The place is so beautiful & so well kept. The amenities are always a plus!

Absolutely a fantastic community. We have loved every moment here. Just wish there were more parking spaces. We moved in April of 2024 and the community has definitely grown a lot. But the people are great. We absolutely love all our neighbors!!

Just moved in and so far, I’m really liking it. The whole process was pretty easy, which I appreciated because moving is already stressful enough. The staff have been super chill and helpful, every time I’ve had a question, they’ve either had an answer right away or got back to me quick. The place is clean, quiet and just feels comfortable. Nothing over the top, just a solid place to live. It’s still early, but first impressions are good and I’m happy I picked this spot.

I have lived at Tessa Barrow Crossing for about a month and I wanted to wait a bit before posting. The community is beautiful, staff are truly friendly, maintenance shows up pretty quickly, and the amenities are nice to have. I rented sight unseen, so it was I have seen a few neighbors, and people are friendly. This is my first time renting in over six years, and so far its going okay. I do wish the community had a recycling program as I like to minimize the amount of trash my family has, and ...
that's something we have always done. Other than that I think this is a nice community to live.

We love living here. The amenities are amazing. We love the dog park and playground area. Wish it had a bay swing. The only area I could see improving is the parking On the street and the Lawncare We love living here. It is close to everything. Very quiet neighborhood maintenance and main office are very responsive
