We just moved in and I don’t have access to mail and the office was closed so I had to wait 4 days to get my delivery , the screen in the package pick up wasn’t working , our dryer doesn’t work , can’t get access to the bark park. The app stopped working to get in the gate at one point . The people are great , the tech is a nightmare .

The living conditions has been good, everything works, we do highly recommend getting the two car garage if you have more than one vehicle. Leasing office agents are friendly and they really care and take concerns seriously.

We had an easy and enjoyable process from touring all the way to moving in. Jessica helped us sign our lease and we were able to secure our favorite floor plan with her help. Communication was open and she was always willing to help if I called with questions prior and after move in. The townhome as well as the community is beautiful and my fiancé and I are so happy to start the next step in our journey here at Tessa Barrow crossing!

I love living at Tessa! We just renewed our lease for another 15 months! Only flaw is the limited parking, but we make it work when we have guests. The place is so beautiful & so well kept. The amenities are always a plus!

Absolutely a fantastic community. We have loved every moment here. Just wish there were more parking spaces. We moved in April of 2024 and the community has definitely grown a lot. But the people are great. We absolutely love all our neighbors!!
