I recently moved into Tessera at Orenco Station, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The community is clean, well-maintained, and provides a quiet, comfortable living environment. One of the standout aspects is the friendly and professional leasing staff—Chanell, Sean, and Chloe have been incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout my entire moving process, which was especially important since I relocated from out of state.
The maintenance team is prompt in ...
addressing requests, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. The location is also a major plus, with easy access to Orenco Station, shops, and other conveniences. The apartment tour and move-in process were seamless, making the transition smooth and stress-free.
If I had to point out one minor drawback, it would be the garage parking situation. It would be great if entry were more regulated, as unauthorized vehicles sometimes occupy parking spots. I hope management takes steps to improve this.
Overall, I highly recommend Tessera at Orenco Station to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

When you move in, everything is great and wonderful experience, but once you move out, be ready to be treated as an enemy. They will find any excuse to impose fines on you from cleaning, to move out times. They don’t care.

New resident less than one month. Very happy with my decision to move into Tessera at Orenco Station. Staff is friendly & professional. Apt was move-in ready. Surrounding neighborhood provides ample shopping of all sorts within walking distance or short drive.
Public rail transformation minutes away. Same with highway/freeway auto commute.
Minutes away from downtown Portland (depends on traffic conditions of course…)
Prime urban living with all modern conveniences.

It was hard to move across country but the staff at Tessera at Orenco Station made it very easy and pleasant. The virtual tour was extremely helpful, communication was prompt. And when part of orders arrived before us, it was placed in the apartment. Couldn’t have been happier.
