October 4, 2023I am a new tenant, and the move has been seamless thanks mostly to Christen and Irene in the office. They made the process quick and answered an unnecessary amount of my questions with great patience. Mostly the property is very clean. The workout facility has everything I need, and the pool area looks amazing. I'm already excited for summer. There is even a small grilling area with a great water view. Poor Maintenance

April 27, 2023I've been here almost 6 years and I don't think I'm renewing. The place has gotten worse and worse even with new ownership. Laundry rooms that smell of mold and barely work, dead cars in lots taking up spaces, inexperienced maintenance, moldy pool, threatening emails weekly, and what I think is the biggest of them all is drain pipes being replaced by maintenance without permits. Happy Renter
January 23, 2019I have lived at Thamesview for 3 years now, and I absolutely love it here. It is quiet, there is always plenty of parking, and the staff is always so responsive whenever I need anything. Melissa is an amazing property manager, and Stephanie in the leasing office is great too, sad to see her move over to their sister property. Really Enjoy Living Here
January 23, 2019I moved into Thamesview about a year ago, I was hesitant at first, but I have really come to love living here. The office staff is attentive and I appreciate that I can have my packages delivered there so I don't have to worry about them sitting outside. We've just had the first "real" winter weather since I've been here and the maintenance staff was able to clear everything and salt the area really well. My job requires me to be at work regardless of the weather, so it was nice to only have to ...worry about cleaning off my car. The gym is small and maybe the equipment could use updating, but it all works just fine. I suppose I am fortunate to live in a smaller building, but I rarely hear my neighbors, and if I do, they're friendly enough to ask to lower the volume. Good place to live
June 20, 2018Thamesview has been very good to us. We moved here when I was 8 months pregnant and it is a family friendly place. I noticed lots of other young families. I was very nervous as this is my first apartment complex, and I anticipated loud neighbors, however, that has not been the case. Being a first floor resident, you do hear the footsteps of the resident above you, but it didn’t bother us. Other than that, it has been quiet. Staff has always been prompt and courteous, and knows your name. Pool is ...beautiful. The only con is sharing laundry. With an infant, I would prefer to have laundry within my unit. DO NOT MOVE HERE
January 10, 2018Not only does Thamesview put their tennants in a legal choke hold, but their leasing agreements utilize loopholes in federal and state laws to ensure they have the legal upper hand against their tennants in all cases. The office staff can be accusatory and entirely unhelpful in most situations, and are almost entirely incompetent. They promise to provide a great deal of utilities and appliances, but then give you the most minimalistic, outdated, low end, and broken equipment possible. Full of surprises
August 6, 2015Before you rent here, do a drive by at night. You don't get your own parking space, so plan on doing some walking if you work late! Apartments have old flooring and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing above your head. More emphasis is placed on the landscaping than the interior of the apartments and anything promised before you rent you can forget. So plan on being awoken to golf carts and weed walkers frequently. Winter I'm told is trying as they don't sand til the storm is well over ...and your digging your car out....wherever you can park it. May 1, 2013I love living here, my apartment is sunny and spacious. Love the open kitchen and patio, I have a beautiful view of the Thames River and enjoy the sunset reflecting off of Mohegan Sun and watching the boats.
