The property is absolutely lovely offering generous amenity spaces and modern apartment layouts. Bad Experience review
April 20, 2022Pretty disappointed. I scheduled a walk through on my move out date with a Thayer & Spring staff member, no one showed up. They then billed me and took almost all of my security deposit, the note read "...may need to..." do something, as if they're not even sure what's wrong, but that they'll take my money for it. When you tour this place you'll fall in love with it. But, the elevators are often broken. There's high concierge turnover, so sometimes no one at the desk to help. It's SO loud in your ...apartment at night, especially if you are Georgia ave side (tbh I didn't mind this, since I stay up late and enjoy going out). You pay a premium, but you don't get a premium experience. And to take just about all of my security deposit? Pretty bummed. Won't be recommending to anyone. October 25, 2021We had an issue on the first month of our move. Long story short - the leasing office made it right, and then some. My wife and I were scared to ask for help at first - we through our problem was ‘our problem’. We felt like a nobody in a great big building. When I finally asked for help at the leasing office - I was respected, listened to, offered a real and fair solution. Bottom line - My wife and I are a somebody - and you can be a somebody here too! Not everything can go smooth every time when ...you move - if it had to happen, I’m so thankful it happened to me moving in here. This is EXCELLENT customer service.
