No Issues for 2 Years!
April 1, 2024It was no question that my wife and I would renew our lease for a 3rd year. The location is amazing, the price is reasonable and we have not had any issues AT ALL in the past two years! Hidden Gem in Red Bank
March 17, 2024I don’t think you will find an apartment complex in Red Bank as nice and quiet as the 109 at Northshore. The apartment complex is small with only three buildings so it feels safe and comfortable. The apartment itself is large and spacious with some updated amenities. Rent for a 2 br is the most affordable in that area. Gwen; Property Manager is really nice and great at communicating and following up. Andrew; Maintenance is also nice. Our apartment had routine maintenance and Andrew always ...notified us in advance to make sure that we were aware that he would be stopping by. August 11, 2021I loved living at the 109 Northshore. The landlords and property manager were always responsive and flexible with me. The apartment itself was super nice and well maintained. Just moved in and it's been great!
October 29, 2020I just moved to town and this has been the best experience I have had starting the rental process. The Staff is attentive, personable and understanding to concerns and needs. The unit I moved into was newly renovated and everything was clean and in working order. Even the sink's built in soap despiser works, that never ever does at any other place I have lived. That may be small but it shows that they pay attention to even the small details. I have only been here a couple of nights now but the ...complex is quiet and a neighbor has already introduced themselves, very friendly.
