He employees are very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the maintenance team and anyone else I have encountered. The facilities are always well maintained, from the pool to the fitness center to the clubhouse. The vision of the 1846 is different from any other community in town. The company embodies more than just a place to live, they truly represent a lifestyle brand.
