Rhonda and Doug are truly amazing—always responsive, helpful, and on top of everything that needs attention. The location couldn't be more convenient, with great restaurants and shops just steps away. Plus, having a gym right in the building is such a bonus. Along with the apartment itself being great, Rhonda & Doug are always prompt & efficient with anything I need. December 9, 2024Have lived here for 2 years. Absolutely love this place! The building is well maintained - lobby and hallways are always clean. Doug and Rhonda are great and always make sure to try to create a an inviting atmosphere with in-building community events held a couple times a month. Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely matter. And the rooftop patio and gym are great amenities.
