      When we first came to check this property, we were said that all amenities are included into the lease agreement, including electrical car chargers. 1 year later, they made the clubhouse to be booked 3 days prior and not for free. They also replaced chargers with Tesla charger and you have to pay for it. I've bought an electric car just because the chargers were free, so at this point it doesn't make any sense for me to have an electric car. On top of that, they decided to replace the floor at ...

Don’t worry, it doesn’t stop there...it keeps coming about every hour, sometimes even around midnight. Weekends? You’ll get to “sleep in” until 8 a.m. Who needs an alarm clock when the railroad provides one free of charge?
