February 5, 2026The 24 looks impressive at first glance. The buildings are modern, the amenities photograph well, and the overall vision suggests upscale living. Unfortunately, once you move in and look beyond the veneer, the reality becomes clear: this is a mismanaged property disguised as luxury housing. The core issue is management — specifically, the property manager and the broader management approach. Basic responsibilities of property management are inconsistently handled, from routine upkeep to ...responsiveness and professionalism. Common areas show visible neglect over time, and issues that should be addressed proactively are allowed to linger. Communication with management is another weak point. Tenant inquiries are often met with unfriendly, dismissive, or purely procedural email responses rather than genuine engagement or solutions. Residents are left to follow up repeatedly for matters that should be handled as part of normal operations. What is most frustrating is the gap between price and performance. For the rent being charged, tenants should expect consistent maintenance, professional communication, and accountability. Instead, residents are paying a premium for appearances while day-to-day management falls short. If you are considering The 24, understand this: it is not the luxury community it markets itself to be. November 22, 2025We visited the condominium by appointment, but the service was rushed and not very friendly. They only showed us one apartment, which was also quite dirty. We were expecting a more thorough tour of the facilities and available units.Review from Apartments.com
