Miserable Place to Live

This is a miserable place to live. The exterior security is continually broken. The parking lot has had many car break- ins and then a notice was given to residents on 7/9/21211 regarding illegal drug use at the complex. If you are looking for a horrible place to live, 4220 Grand Ave Apartments, Des Moines, IA 50312 is the place for you.
