Unless you absolutely have to, please do not live in the building. It is poorly managed. The staff does not care. You will only be able to have air air-conditioning for two months out of the year. The elevators are constantly down or malfunctioning as well as the washer and dryers.

Hello! I have been in this building for 2 years and there is very little I can say that is possible about this building besides the fact they provide some of the basic living necessities. If you need AC beyond 6/15 and 9/15 I would not recommend this building. Even if the days are in the 90s there is no access to the AC unit. There are only 2 elevators for 24 floors so if elevators are malfunctioning (which happens frequently and for extended periods of time) you will be waiting forever to go up ...
and down to your apartment. The washer and dryers have gone in and out of working (the worst was months without). And the staff have never been friendly and problem solving unless they’re getting you into an apartment. So, please do reconsider this building before you choose to move in and ask what is important to you. If it’s full access to AC, access to elevators, and washer/dryer— this will not be the space for you.

I wanted to share my positive experience living at 600 Main St, Worcester, MA. Over the past year, I've been thoroughly satisfied with my apartment living conditions. I felt safe and convenient, and the leasing office staff was helpful to new immigrants like my family. The maintenance services were quick and efficient, which I had never experienced before. The central location is incredibly convenient, providing easy access to Boston and Springfield. Being close to local stores and supermarkets ...
is a huge plus.
Additionally, I've found the leasing application process at 600 Main St. excellent—quick, efficient, and practical. I got approval immediately, a refreshing change from my previous experiences at other more significant but paper-worked rental offices, where the leasing process was quite cumbersome, delayed, and bureaucratic, especially when the customers were without housing during the coldest winter.
Overall, my stay has been very safe and comfortable. Thank you for providing such a great living environment.
