Great location and great apartments

January 24, 2025I'm a current resident and have had a positive experience in every way, living at The 700. I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and quiet building, gated / off-street parking and the pool. There are washer and dryer hookups, dishwasher and recessed lighting. It's a quick walk to the Piggly Wiggly, and local restaurants.
