Great price for a great location
January 12, 2024This is an older building but you can tell the management is really trying their best to make updates. Renovations to units, a new elevator, updates to electric/water all within the last year. Building common areas are clean and the neighbors and friendly/quiet. Staff is responsive too if you have questions. I've loved staying in this building, it's a great distance between midtown and downtown. I'm glad the prices are somewhat affordable for the city. Parking is a bit of a struggle but ...otherwise no complaints. Laundry is located in the basement. I'd recommend checking this building out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

New Kitchen
February 3, 2017I just moved into one of the recently renovated apartments. The kitchen is brand new, beautiful hardwood floors, and they are adding a bike room in the basement. Everyone has been very accommodating. It was one of the most reasonably priced places in the area. I am looking forward to exploring Detroit and my new neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com
