January 12, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis is an older building but you can tell the management is really trying their best to make updates. Renovations to units, a new elevator, updates to electric/water all within the last year. Building common areas are clean and the neighbors and friendly/quiet. Staff is responsive too if you have questions. I've loved staying in this building, it's a great distance between midtown and downtown. I'm glad the prices are somewhat affordable for the city. Parking is a bit of a struggle but ...otherwise no complaints. Laundry is located in the basement. I'd recommend checking this building out.Read More

The kitchen is brand new, beautiful hardwood floors, and they are adding a bike room in the basement. Everyone has been very accommodating. It was one of the most reasonably priced places in the area. I am looking forward to exploring Detroit and my new neighborhood.
