May 27, 2022I have a flooding issue since day one. I told management ( Edee or Edna) about it she ignored me. Secondly the leaking issue turned into a mold issue, my bathroom was a mess my bathtub was caving in from the wall. Maintenance was no help, they will come in and out of your apartment without no work orders. The apartments is roach infested, the roach issues is not fixable. Cockroaches, animal urine
December 27, 2021I have lived here for several years now. The first apartment I lived in, flooded twice. From the ceiling. Now I live in a different apartment. When I moved in the carpet was covered in animal urine. They refused to fix it for a week. When they did, they damage my brand new furniture. Twice my bathroom has had a leak. I told them about it when it started, they ignored me. So it got worse until there was mold growing on the walls and the floor and floor boards were warped. They painted over it with ...no repair. Then came to fix it in an emergency because my downstairs neighbor's apartment started to flood. Now I have had COCKROACHES for weeks and they have done nothing, had me move all my stuff out and board my dogs for the day just to not show up to fumigate. When I told them it had not been done she doubled down and said it had. Now 10 days later I'm still crawling with roaches and she confirms it was never done but calls me a liar and says there are no roaches. Crappy management
December 14, 2017Extremely money hungry. Will charge for absolutely anything. They don’t treat you like people here, they see you as a money sign. Save yourself the headache and lease somewhere else. Nothing but problems with this location since day 1! Overcharged and double charged, no excuses.Review from Apartments.com
Impressive
July 25, 2015I lived here before it was The Abbey at Copper Creek and the changes that have been made thus far are phenomenal. The improvements in security are impressive and have been needed. Maintenance is on their job, friendly & courteous. Management is also friendly & highly professional. I look forward to remaining here as a resident and am anxious to see what is to come as they continue to work and improve the community.Review from Apartments.com
