March 5, 2022Moved in a little over a month & 1/2 ago & it’s become my haven. It’s typically very quiet & calm. The front desk (Samantha & Michelle) are incredible. I’ve had no issues & am so lucky to have found this place to call my home! The apartment is adorable & quaint. Small enough for just me, but big enough to have a few friends over for dinner. Right off multiple highways with restaurants, grocery, & more only a few blocks away. I can’t say enough good things! I just love it!Review from Apartments.com

October 20, 2018First off, staff seemed nice. Seemed very short staffed had one person to help all that walked in. Not very clean looking, I went in looking to rent and was grossed out by the model shown. At the main desk while the lady was explaining the fees and such there were literally ants crawling all over the desk we were sitting at and she was smashing them on the desk while she talked to me. Good experience
June 1, 2016My friend and I came in and we did have to wait to speak to someone but considering rent was due and people were renewing their leases so very understandable. We are still waiting to get approved, but management was helpful and when people who were renewing leases came in they knew each person by name. So far my friend and I both really like the place and the people and hope to get a chance to live there. Just your average jane
August 22, 2015The complex is pretty old but most of the apartments have been renovated. I pretty much get my dollars worth out of it considering that the rent is pretty fair; therefore, I can't complain much when I'm not getting all my needs met. I would say though that the management can be improved. I sent in a few noise complaints and the issues got resolved until I took matters into my own hands and spoke with the neighbors myself and soon after, called the authorities.
