New Apartments!!
April 5, 2025I’m loving my upgraded apartment! I am currently on my second lease term, and I was transferred into a brand new apartment! I love the ladies in the office Jaz and Shay! Great property manager also! If I have any concerns or questions the office staff responds promptly. They are fair, and care about the residents needs! Anytime I had an issue they jumped right in to help or fix things. It’s quiet down a lot I absolutely love my neighbors. I love the family environment that the complex has become. ...The Abbys are definitely on the rise that host a great staff who are dedicated too a safe, environmentally friendly and loving family atmosphere! Still roaches??
March 14, 2025My sibling and I moved out in 2019, this was before all the renovations. Main issue? ROACHES! There were everywhere, even in the tennis court!! When we lived here the communication with the front office was terrible…. I see some things don’t change. It was so bad we broke our lease. The roaches would greet at the door before you even knocked. Just because you change the name doesn’t mean it change the environment!Property Manager Responded

Since assuming ownership, we have implemented numerous improvements to the property, including regular weekly pest control service. We understand that you are not currently a resident, but if you have family or friends living in our community, please inform them that we take all concerns seriously and are committed to resolving any issues they may encounter. We encourage them to contact the office directly to request a pest control treatment.

DON’T LIVE HERE
August 8, 2023Moved in August 2021, second floor apartment beautiful view of the pond. Within a month, roaches were invading the apartment. At one point, the air went out during a heatwave nobody was able to come fix it because it wasn’t an “emergency “. Sat an entire weekend before maintenance came. My door would not stay shut unless it was locked, asked them to come fix it they only changed the lock on the door. Apartments are beautiful but definitely overpriced. Nobody answers the phone in the office, and ...they only contact you if you’re behind on rent. Others complained of roaches and mice being in their apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worse decision ever made
December 1, 2020I was not able to view unit before signing lease and paying deposit and rent. Once paid and and keys were pick up I can around to the unit and seen several roaches crawling on the walls. I tried reaching out to property regarding this issue and trying to void leasing agreement (in the same day) due to not being able to view first when I could have seen the roaches and decided I did not want the apartment. I did not receive any response but have had an exterminator come out every two weeks. I am ...seeing even more roaches now after extermination than I did before. And even the maintenance crew agreed when asked if complex was infested. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX AT ALL.Property Manager Responded

January 23, 2019I been living over here almost a year and I had no problems out of my apartment or with the neighbors or with anybody in the office they nice & friendly the few small work order I needed got done no wait . I’ve nvr moved off the east side but this the first year I moved out west and I actually like it quit .The only thing I don’t like is that there are to many visitors taking up parkings spots and it’s hard for the residents to park I think they need parking passes for the residents I get off ...after 3am and I have to park far from my building just to find a parking spot.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
