May 1, 2026Our apartment has been having issues for months and communication with the Administration is lacking., also we have a credit in our account and they keep putting letters in our portal as we are past due! January 29, 2026The lack of cleanliness throughout the building is terrible considering Acadia is deemed a 'luxury' building. Elevators are dirty, 15th floor specifically has dried spit on the walls by the elevator buttons and hallway touchups from previous residents carelessness moving out. The night audit is sleeping in his chair at the desk at 5am. There is a woman who smokes cigarettes in her unit on the 15th floor and during snow storms the hallways smell like that. NO ONE CARES. January 16, 2026Lately the communication with the Administration is lacking and is unfortunate how everything is so different since we got here. I have emails for weeks waiting on answers, and been thrown trash to our balcony and the a glass bottle from the Penthouse is unacceptable.
