    The location is excellent — close to everything and with easy access to DC. One of the best parts of my experience has been the concierge team, especially Ebrahim and Juel. They’re always kind, professional, and genuinely make you feel at home. However, I’ve had ongoing concerns with management. They often don’t respect residents’ time or communicate properly. For example, I’ve had mornings where I planned to leave for work, only to find the elevator out of service with no prior notice — leaving ...
    residents waiting and delayed. The garage door was broken for nearly a week and left open without a single update, raising safety concerns. Emails to management are frequently unanswered or extremely delayed. Everyone weighs pros and cons. While I love the location and concierge staff, the lack of care from management has led me to decide not to renew my lease after it ends this time. I don’t feel my concerns or rights as a tenant have been respected.

    This apartment looks elegant both on the outside and the inside. The customer service is great; upon move-in on a Saturday morning I told them my thermostat was not working and by the evening it was fixed. Hot water was also immediately fixed when I made an online request. The building is clean and looks new all around, amenities are excellent and the views are unmatched!

    This is my second lease at the Acadia and I won’t be renewing. I’ve had a LOT of problems with the property: hot water running out quickly, DRAIN FLIES, windows/bathroom showers not sealed properly, terrible wifi/cell reception, elevators CONSTANTLY out, garage gates not opening, convoluted package system… and recently there’s been issues with the trash chute (one on each floor), meaning sometimes I go in the trash chute room and see piles of trash and the chute clogged. The cleaning staff is ...
    very nice and does their best. The amenities are also nice and the apartments aren’t the cookie-cutter modern style in all of the other new buildings in the area which is refreshing. The location is absolutely the best part; I wouldn’t move into any of the other buildings in the Met Park area. Upper management isn’t responsive or very helpful (they just fired their best employee Layla for no reason). Considering the area, it’s a good building for a decent price, but has started going downhill.
