April 20, 2025The location is excellent — close to everything and with easy access to DC. One of the best parts of my experience has been the concierge team, especially Ebrahim and Juel. They’re always kind, professional, and genuinely make you feel at home. However, I’ve had ongoing concerns with management. They often don’t respect residents’ time or communicate properly. For example, I’ve had mornings where I planned to leave for work, only to find the elevator out of service with no prior notice — leaving ...residents waiting and delayed. The garage door was broken for nearly a week and left open without a single update, raising safety concerns. Emails to management are frequently unanswered or extremely delayed. Everyone weighs pros and cons. While I love the location and concierge staff, the lack of care from management has led me to decide not to renew my lease after it ends this time.
