clean and well managed property, lived in apartment for a year and besides some minor dirty areas in common area/hallways everything was well kept. maintenence team is awesome and the managers are very nice and accomodating to all of your needs.

Moving out of Accolade after being here for two years is bittersweet. I have enjoyed my experience at this complex and wish every place I live in going forward is comparable!
The maintenance crew is amazing and the place really has held its value over the two years. I wish the person taking over my studio next year the best and I hope they have the same (if not better) experience that I did at Accolade.

accolade sucks, not that good, unsafe, high prices, high utility, high admin fees.The office staff is good but the building is not it. Can’t wait to move to somewhere new and not ruined by previous residents

Love the location and my overall experience! Pretty clean and feels like a comfortable place to live. Parking, especially for guests could be a lot better and more convenient. I appreciate that they are continuing to work on renovations! For the most part the staff is good at communicating and efficiently managing issues and concerns :)

Poor staff communication. My roommates package was “lost”. Spiders everywhere. Poor maintenance. Staff does not seem willing to help. Awful experience.
