April 18, 2026I would genuinely never tell someone to live here. There is a huge cockroach issue, and management dismisses it like it’s no big deal. You will deal with pest problems (dead cockroaches all over) for months with little to no help. It is extremely expensive for a building that is dirty and makes you not want to live there. Looks great from the pictures but that’s about it. The managers are very rude and do not care. They are absolutely unprofessional, and I would expect more for the high price. ...The office is not helpful when it comes to scanner issues. Nine times out of ten, I get put on hold and then hung up on when I call, even though I am a resident and have been for a while. This also happens to my roommates. April 8, 2026The amenities are nice and in theory the location is good, however being so close to the frats is a pain. Any time there is a frat party they park in the apartment lot and it's hard to sleep when you can hear drunk people walking to and from Knights Library. April 2, 2026I will miss it here. I love going to the gym and feeling bougie. The bingo events are always fun and I like the occasional give aways. The furniture all matches and is really nice. The paint in the bedroom was all new with no pinholes. There a couple of white paint spots on the floor that are not cleanable but not any apartment is perfect. The best part about the living space is for sure the kitchen. The kitchen island is so spacious and I love the filtered reverse osmosis water button in the ...fridge.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2026The property is pretty good and is much better than many other student apartment options. What they don't tell you is that there is more than one block for the apartments, so you might be placed in another block that isn't the main building with all the amenities that they advertise. When we arrived the apartment was extremely dirty with a lot of trash and junk from previous residents. As well as half of the appliances such as the oven, micowave, dishwasher, and even the washing machine and dryer ...were either dammaged or outright unusable.
