The Saturday after Christmas my hot water heater started spraying out water. Maintenance was at my apartment within 20minutes and fixed a broken pipe within an hour. My only drawback of these apartments is the cost. It is a bit expensive given the area.Property Manager Responded

During my first week after move-in, I had issues with bugs in the apartment, which made it hard to feel comfortable in the space. Additionally, a scheduled cleaning was completely missed for my unit, which was frustrating and inconvenient. While the location is convenient and the amenities are decent, these issues significantly impacted my impression of the community. The staff is generally polite, but communication and ...follow-through could be improved. For the price, I expected a higher level of attention to detail and service.
