The accolade is overall, a very convenient and clean place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is done very quickly, and appliances are very new. When staff is scheduled to enter the unit, they give a notice ahead of time (a week or more), so you'll always expect when there will be visitors. When they do enter the unit, they check what they need to check within a few minutes and are very respectful. The building is located super close to campus, making the commute to campus ...
and grocery stores very convenient. There are tons of great places to eat close by which is an added bonus. There are lots of different floor plans with a good price range, so you'll find what you're looking for.

It’s a nice apartment with a great location and overlook of the city. The rooms aren’t spectacular but the sky lounge, gym, and how close we are to campus is pretty awesome.

grievous rent practices

Lots of cons.
1. Way more expensive than what was originally understood due to monthly utility fees that are added on each month.
2. The most egregious act is that The Accolade continued to take rent out of my bank account even after my lease was up! After calling 3 times in 3 days without a response, they finally responded by telling me it would take them up to 3 months to return any money that they erroneously took from my account. The manager acted like it wasn't their fault that this ...
happened, as it was a "system issue".
3. Be very, very careful renting here as they have no problem committing grievous financial acts towards it's renters.
