Lived here from 2018-2025. Lived first in one of their studio apartments and then a 1B/1B. Initially no complaints and found it to be a good value for the monthly rent. That has changed since.
I believe in late 2023 a new property manager took over. She is very rude and unhelpful with any requests. The emails she sends out to the entire complex has the tone used for scolding children.
The complex is now also getting relatively old, with many of the kitchen appliances (and washer/dryer) needing ...
replacements. We had an issue with our dryer and it literally took 3 months and multiple maintenance requests to get it fixed.
We also had issues with black mold in all the window sills, around the balcony door, and in the bathroom. Regardless of what kind of anti-mold spray we used, it would quickly return.
Long story short, there are many other newer apartment complexes in the surrounding area that offer a much better value, and better living situation. Would highly recommend avoiding this place.
Note sure why it has a 4.7 rating when all but one review is 2 stars or less.
