88 degrees IN MY APARTMENT
July 29, 2025If you’re considering moving here, be warned: the air conditioning situation is a nightmare, and management refuses to do anything about it. Multiple tenants, including myself, have submitted repeated maintenance requests about broken or barely functioning A/C units — especially during extreme heat — and we’re constantly ignored or given excuses. Days (and sometimes weeks) go by without any resolution, and when someone finally shows up, it’s often a temporary fix that breaks again shortly ...after. This isn’t just inconvenient — it’s unsafe. High indoor temperatures, especially in summer months, are a serious health concern, and it’s unacceptable for management to disregard. It’s 88 degrees inside my apartment. And this has been an ongoing issue! Comfort, safety, and reliable management matter — and this complex fails on all three fronts when it comes to basic climate control. Outdated, no dishwasher/washer and dryers/ mice problems
April 16, 2018Apartments are run down and out dated. Mice and pest problems are the worst I’ve seen anywhere! The maintenance team takes weeks to complete any order because they are under staffed and behind. Very noisey and questionable residents. The staff is unfriendly unless making commission especially Angela! I’m pretty sure the single pane windows are from the 70’s. There is no dishwashers or washer and dryer unless you pay for a townhome. For the area, and for being a Gene Glick property, im extreamly ...disappointed in this property and am already looking for a new place to move to as soon as possible!Property Manager Responded

Not worth the money
April 27, 2017I've lived here for about 4 years now, and each year, my rent has gone up by at least $50/month. I have had no upgrades to my unit in that time, nor have I seen significant changes on the community areas, aside from the leasing office getting upgraded/refurnished every year. The laundry facilities routinely have machines that malfunction, and if you tell the office, they tell you that you have to call the number on the machine in order to get your money back. April 19, 2017I've lived here for 2 years now, and this place has problems. It got off to a bad start when they double leased my original apartment, and was contacted a week before moving that I was being bumped from a newer apartment with a yard to an older one without one. The one I'm in is old, and the maintanence staff doesn't want to touch it. My ceiling sprung a leak and turned brown, with the paint falling off. So, 2 weeks after reporting it they came over and painted over the spot. It is still a big ...dark spot, and i have so many other issues i could write on here but i can't be bothered to type them all out. Please, don't live here. I know it's pretty cheap for the area, but that's for a reason. Please, choose somewhere else while you still can. (By the way, they say they have 2 bedroom apartments and town homes with washers and dryers, but I've been on a "transfer waitlist" for 2 years now.
