December 18, 2025The first elevator stopped working shortly after I moved in, and the second elevator has been out of service every other week with nearly every resident having a story about how they’ve felt it bounce like a trampoline if not simply been stuck in it— or both. Like me. As someone who also has a disability that has required EMT carts to exit buildings multiple times in their past, I can’t give this apartment complex a lower rating. It’s obvious that the leasing company is doing the bare minimum (if ...not less) to maintain this building for the residents. If you’re looking for a new-ish option at a reasonable price that this may seem to be at first glance, I recommend looking elsewhere.. hidden issues involved not worth it.
