I love the building and the area. The grocery store, the gym, and many great places to eat are walking distance. It also has in unit laundry which is great.

Overall pretty good, a few things leave something to be desired, but those seem all fixable by work order. Staff is very communicative and helpful, if perhaps a bit disorganized. Location is great, apartment is comfortable, and the in-unit washer/dryer is awesome. Everything feels very modern and nice.

The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and updated with modern finishes that make it feel comfortable and homey. Maintenance has been quick to respond whenever I’ve had an issue, which I really appreciate. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials. Good for the price. Beautiful building. Elevator is always broken & community posts are heavily monitored which is disappointing. Community events are held but often at inconvenient times for those with a 9-5.

The addy is the best. I’ve been here for over 3 years, it’s the perfect location and very accessible to The Pearl and 23rd street. The location also has easy access to to the freeway.
