Non-Stop Beeping From the Fire Alarm System
October 16, 2025The property itself is lovely. Great amenities and apartment homes. Unfortunately, the fire alarm system continuously beeps all day and throughout the night. Management refuses to do anything about this issue. Be aware of this before you rent, especially if you are looking at an apartment near the fire alarm systems located in the gym or hallways.Review from Apartments.com

Renter beware!

The apartments themselves are spacious, well-designed, and have all the comforts I could ask for. What really stands out, though, is the amazing staff. Everyone I've encountered—from the leasing agents to the maintenance team—has been so friendly, professional, and quick to help with any ...questions or concerns. They truly go above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and valued. The community here is fantastic as well. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, and there are plenty of events and activities that help foster a strong sense of connection. Whether it’s the social clubroom, pool, fitness center, or community walking path. Overall, I highly recommend The Adeline to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home. 5 star property and excellent staff!
December 4, 2024I'm proud to call the Adeline my home. It is a great apartment community! They plan fun activities and schedule delicious food trucks! The grounds are well maintained. If there is ever an issue with anything, the staff gets right on it. I can't say enough about the staff! Niquan, Karen, Norberto, Angel and the new Community Director, Ms. P! November 8, 2024I have lived in manny different apartment buildings in Maitland and the Adeline has been by far the best! The amenities are always clean and working! The pool is quiet and relaxing even on weekends which I love. The residents here are respectful and I have never had a problem with noise levels. Management has been amazing and are always looking to make improvements and keep us happy! Our unit has an incredible 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout for a very reasonable price.
