If you enjoy having your packages stolen, roaches and no hot water/poor maintenance upkeep this is the place for you. This is my second year living here and the first time I ever resigned a lease. I regret it. Not only have I gone days with no hot water, a broken washer machine for 2months (still not fixed), had a roach problem for MONTHS on top of all of that I have my packages regularly stolen. It is really unfortunate because I love the apartment it’s self and the location but if I could go ...

The community location is premiere, so close to shopping, restaurants, parks and downtown. Management refuses to do anything about this issue. Be aware of this before you rent, especially if you are looking at an apartment near the fire alarm systems located in the gym or hallways.
