Stolen, packages, roaches and poor maintenance
December 3, 2025If you enjoy having your packages stolen, roaches and no hot water/poor maintenance upkeep this is the place for you. This is my second year living here and the first time I ever resigned a lease. I regret it. Not only have I gone days with no hot water, a broken washer machine for 2months (still not fixed), had a roach problem for MONTHS on top of all of that I have my packages regularly stolen. It is really unfortunate because I love the apartment it’s self and the location but if I could go ...back and not resign my lease I would.Property Manager Responded

Non-Stop Beeping From the Fire Alarm System
October 16, 2025The property itself is lovely. Great amenities and apartment homes. Unfortunately, the fire alarm system continuously beeps all day and throughout the night. Management refuses to do anything about this issue. December 4, 2024I'm proud to call the Adeline my home. It is a great apartment community! They plan fun activities and schedule delicious food trucks! The grounds are well maintained. November 8, 2024I have lived in manny different apartment buildings in Maitland and the Adeline has been by far the best! The amenities are always clean and working! The pool is quiet and relaxing even on weekends which I love. The residents here are respectful and I have never had a problem with noise levels. Management has been amazing and are always looking to make improvements and keep us happy! Our unit has an incredible 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout for a very reasonable price.
