November 8, 2024I have lived in manny different apartment buildings in Maitland and the Adeline has been by far the best! The amenities are always clean and working! The pool is quiet and relaxing even on weekends which I love. The residents here are respectful and I have never had a problem with noise levels. Management has been amazing and are always looking to make improvements and keep us happy! Our unit has an incredible 2 bedroom 2 bathroom layout for a very reasonable price. August 16, 2024The Adeline is a very beautiful complex. The environment is very peaceful and it is within short distances of a lot of necessary businesses ( gym, shopping centers, restaurants, etc.). The apartments layouts are spacious and the leasing office is amazing.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2024The Adeline is the perfect place to live for young professionals or small families. Everyone here is so friendly and it is truly in the perfect location. Being 10 minutes away from downtown Winter Park and 15 minutes away from Downtown Orlando makes it the perfect spot to feel like your in the city but no in the city. Maitland is an adorable place to live and they have a farmer's market that is only a 10 minute walk every Sunday. I would 100% recommend living here and I do to anyone I know ...looking for somewhere to live. I have zero complaints.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
