Stolen, packages, roaches and poor maintenance

This is my second year living here and the first time I ever resigned a lease. I regret it. Not only have I gone days with no hot water, a broken washer machine for 2months (still not fixed), had a roach problem for MONTHS on top of all of that I have my packages regularly stolen. Non-Stop Beeping From the Fire Alarm System

Unfortunately, the fire alarm system continuously beeps all day and throughout the night. Management refuses to do anything about this issue. Be aware of this before you rent, especially if you are looking at an apartment near the fire alarm systems located in the gym or hallways.
