Maintenance doesn’t do anything.

If it weren’t for the maintenance I wouldn’t have any issues for the most part but I’ve had a bad drip from the air conditioner for a month and a half and there has been a service request in the entire time, i tried calling and usually only got the AI answering machine, I went in person and asked about it, and they finally got someone to show up just to say it would be fine until the next week and when they showed up again they basically said they couldn’t do anything and let it go, at this point ...
another week later there’s water damage all over the ceiling there’s mold and I have heard nothing about it actually getting fixed. Also there’s a bug problem even with a clean apartment.

I've been here for two years complete mistake, office does not answer phones and would very rarely answer emails. The promised community amenities are unavailable, they've promised the pool would be working "by next week" for the past two years, and the gym is only available during 9 to 5 hours but always has a golf cart in front of it. Maintenance takes months to answer service requests and often responds that they cant do anything about it. I had a broken fridge that was left to spoil all of my ...

Poor service, poor response time, and poor staff

We had an active leak from our washer for 51 days. After many emails and calls we heard nothing. Then after it was fixed, they left our washer in the living area, did not clean up, and never came to fix the mold, rot, and crumbling drywall caused from their delay for the rest of the time of our stay. The apartment was not even move-in ready when we moved in, from a missing drawer to ruined floors. You also don't really feel safe because people are arguing outside at 3:00 A.M.

Completed and returned my lease renewal application on Dec 12 2024, it took the office until Jan 6 2025 to send me my new lease to sign, In that time they have put me to month-to-month payments even though I specifically told the office agent Kentrell that I was about to start working 12 hour shifts and wouldn't be able to make it back up to the office. Now the lease is signed and my base rent is higher than the contract AND they added a late payment fee even though I called and called trying to ...

These apartments used to be called Tides on Post Oak so check those reviews too, the new manager Dianna just started this last month and failed to call me back or give me an update if corporate needed to get involved. Speaking of that, there is NO contact information for Summit Property Management which is pretty shady. I'll be posting this review on EVERY review site possible. Hope this helps
