A special thank you to Jonathan, who welcomed me from the beginning and personally took me on the community tour. Yecenia the Assistant Manager who was very accommodating and helped address my requests, and Diana who was exceptionally kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Great until New Management came in June 2021. increased the rent, damaged personal items in my unit during 'so called' upgrade, Crestmark Construction carelessly left my door propped open during upgrade. Then when I gave notice to vacate they stopped the upgrades all together without replacing all of the cabinet doors. I'm sure if I decided not to follow through with my commitment and not pay my rent they would have an issue. Untrustworthy.

The apartments are old and have not been updated but it's a nice. The management keeps it clean. They try to keep everything up to code. Its a small complex but they definitely need to upgrade all the apartments to the 21st century.
