Great until New Management came in June 2021. increased the rent, damaged personal items in my unit during 'so called' upgrade, Crestmark Construction carelessly left my door propped open during upgrade. Then when I gave notice to vacate they stopped the upgrades all together without replacing all of the cabinet doors. I'm sure if I decided not to follow through with my commitment and not pay my rent they would have an issue. Untrustworthy.

The apartments are old and have not been updated but it's a nice. The management keeps it clean. They try to keep everything up to code. Its a small complex but they definitely need to upgrade all the apartments to the 21st century.
