August 8, 2023Stay away from this place. I was a tenant last year. When I moved out, they asked me for one month rent as penalty for early lease termination, but that was not mentioned in my lease document. I showed them the proof to the old manager, then they changed the management , then I need to show that proof to the new manager and they all agreed that I don't need to pay the lease termination fee. I have email proof for that. I am still waiting for my deposit back. They are not reachable in email or ...phone. Now they sent to collection agency to collect the lease termination fee from me. The management and people working there are irresponsible and unfit for the job. I am going to talk to my lawyer and take it forward. They owe me my deposit and it's been with them for 8 months. Messed Up Payments
September 5, 2022Very unorganized in rent payment tracking. Will claim you did not pay rent when there is clear evidence that the rent has been paid (proven by ledgers received from their leasing office). I got a debt collection notice because they are uncapable of tracking how much rent they have received, and now I have to deal with the mess. Huge headache! December 14, 2021We have been living here for 4 months, and love everything about Airdrie Paoli. The neighbors are very friendly and you can feel a sense of community. We especially like the facts that everything is so new, and modern and a lot of things are controlled by computer apps. We were worried about possible noises from the train before we moved in, but that was a non-issue at all. The only con is that the A/C can be noisy in the summer, if you have a neighbor who decide to keep their compressor fan on ...all the time.Property Manager Responded

Great amenities, good location, and attentive staff
August 3, 2021The building and the staff are great. The building is very nice and has a lot of great amenities. They really pay attention to the details, down to the littlest thing. The office staff, Tanya and Bibin are both very nice and really do their best to help you out with anything you need. Would definitely recommend this place. You are right by the train and there are a restaurants, a Wawa, nail salons, etc. all within walking distance. The location is super convenient too.Property Manager Responded
