Stay away from this junk place

Stay away from this place. I was a tenant last year. When I moved out, they asked me for one month rent as penalty for early lease termination, but that was not mentioned in my lease document. I showed them the proof to the old manager, then they changed the management , then I need to show that proof to the new manager and they all agreed that I don't need to pay the lease termination fee. I have email proof for that. I am still waiting for my deposit back. They are not reachable in email or ...
phone. Now they sent to collection agency to collect the lease termination fee from me. The management and people working there are irresponsible and unfit for the job. I am going to talk to my lawyer and take it forward. They owe me my deposit and it's been with them for 8 months. Stay away from this place at any cost.

Messed Up Payments

Very unorganized in rent payment tracking. Will claim you did not pay rent when there is clear evidence that the rent has been paid (proven by ledgers received from their leasing office). I got a debt collection notice because they are uncapable of tracking how much rent they have received, and now I have to deal with the mess. Huge headache! Stay away from this rental if you don't want headache like this.

We have been living here for 4 months, and love everything about Airdrie Paoli. The neighbors are very friendly and you can feel a sense of community. We especially like the facts that everything is so new, and modern and a lot of things are controlled by computer apps. We were worried about possible noises from the train before we moved in, but that was a non-issue at all. I am so happy to be living here. A large, elegant hotel-style lobby, calm ambiance, beautifully furnished and decorated. Definitely an upscale property. Excellent amenities that are well designed and very inviting. Individual apartment homes are nicely appointed with high quality appliances and attractive design. Definitely a cut above all the rest.

The building and the staff are great. The building is very nice and has a lot of great amenities. They really pay attention to the details, down to the littlest thing. The office staff, Tanya and Bibin are both very nice and really do their best to help you out with anything you need. Would definitely recommend this place. You are right by the train and there are a restaurants, a Wawa, nail salons, etc. all within walking distance. The location is super convenient too.
