The Alcott is an absolute joke!This property is a total catastrophe for something that just "opened". It's still under construction in various spots. The pros are a great location, a nice spa, and bathrooms with marble flooring. But seriously, do not bother because the risks & mental damages this complex cause are not worth a single dollar. Do not bother asking questions towards anyone. The staff will lie straight to your face, gaslight, & have you wondering why you ever choose this place to live
...in the first place. Don't fall for Tajae's fake act, she will lie too. Concierge is a joke & has zero answers towards any questions. The property manager, the maintenance manager, & other employees have already fired. Every unit is falling apart, elevators are already breaking down, neighbors on floor 5 littered the trash room so bad it couldn't be opened. People leave their weights all over the gym. Your neighbors will act sketch and someone's car was already vandalized in their garage. It's limited on numbers. The outside patio area locks past a certain time. So, if you don't have a dog, you better get out there before closing time. Good luck with maintenance, they're as good as nothing. They're running around fixing different units 24/7. For the money you have to pay, and for what you receive in return, this place is disgusting, boring, & all a facade. It's built from crappy material, rude staffing, & strange rules. Don't fall for the trap and stay away!
