NO HEAT

I moved in literally within the last 3 days and haven’t had heat since. It’s been below freezing weather too. They gave me a heat fan, not a space heater that has the metal coils and can heat space but a fan that produces heat only as far as standing in front of it. I don’t even want to live here anymore. On top of that, every time I call the office they don’t answer. I walk into the office and they are sitting there.
I paid a security deposit and rent just for me not to be able to stay there ...
because there is no heat. I don’t recommend you come to these apartments considering it’s literally winter and no heat. An apartment complex is only as good as its maintenance really.
