February 6, 2023The Alden has been great from the tour to move in and everything in between. All questions with the application process were answered promptly. Didn’t feel like there was any information that was left out or withheld. Staff is transparent. Application process and move in were super self explanatory. Move in was great. We had one service request, maintenance was here within 24 hours. Staff is friendly. The only part that can be tough about living here (KEEP IN MIND THIS IS COMMON FOR ALL APARTMENT ...LIVING) is parking but, as I said that’s part of living in an apartment. I appreciate feeling comfortable voicing concerns and being able to be transparent with staff.Property Manager Responded
