      Great building, even better front desk concierge, Charlene is the best!

      Have lived here a couple years now, nice building, love my apartments layout and the included below ground parking. My favorite aspect of the building though is Charlene, our front desk concierge. She’s a pillar of this building and knows where everything is and how to help any and all, and she does this in the most friendly yet professional way possible. Honestly a huge factor as to why I keep renewing my lease here.

      The building is gorgeous. The courtyard/portico & decks are a nice place to catch a little peace and hear birds chirping. The staff is wonderful--the head concierge Charlene especially is a gem. Mario the super runs a great team and they always respond promptly to any maintenance issues! The pool is lovely (big two story windows!) and I love going to the rooftop to catch a gorgeous sunset. Honestly, the rent is definitely more compared to similar upscale buildings, but reserved parking in the ...
      basement garage makes it worth every penny. Security is top-notch, the building is super clean. and the other residents (especially the long-timers) are really lovely people to get to know.

      I’ve bounced around a lot of apartments throughout the city but have loved my time at the Alexander. Great building and area that’s super close to everything. The leasing office, Mario and his maintenance team, and Charlene at the front have been amazing in my 3 years here.

      Lived here for a few years now, great building, creative floor plans, nice amenities, and parking is included in the garage below. Only building I’ve spent more than a year in since living in this city, and I’m the type to move often once I get bored of an apartment layout. Also, shout out to our front desk concierge Charlene.       I’ve been living here for 1.5 years already and have zero complaints! The building is great with a full suite of useful and nicely decorated amenities, and I really enjoy my 1B1B apartment. Leasing and management teams are also extremely helpful - Kambria especially! She approaches any issues/ requests with a positive attitude and sees everything through from start to end to ensure you’re taken care of. Would recommend this apartment to everyone!

      We’ve lived at The Alexander for 4 months, and really love it here! We met Kambria for our tour and she’s been an outstanding resource ever since! The living environment is peaceful, the other residents are friendly, and the employees are helpful. All of that + great amenities & location make it the best place for us to live!
