Extremely nice place to live. Love our building and our neighbors. Staff is excellent. Very clean and well kept grounds The only issue are the gates. I feel we pay for the security and the gate by the mailboxes haven’t worked in months. Other than that, a great place to live

Our experience at The Alexander for the past year has not been the best. The a/c has stopped working numerous times from getting clogged. The walls are very thin and the neighbor upstairs makes a lot of noise late night/early morning with their dog. We've complained various times to the front office but nothing has been done about it. The front gates are always open and we've had 2 people try to kick in our door and the neighbors door that lives across from us. The police were called. The front ...
office doesn't allow for doorbell cameras. Our garage door is constantly opening on it's own and maintenance has not been able to fix it. We've submitted various requests and now they're ghosting us. The garage door stays open through the night and we fear our belongings will get stolen. The neighbor across from us had a flea infestation and it made it to our apt. We had to deep clean the apt numerous times and maintenance had to address the fleas with a deep extermination.

I moved in to The Alexander at Countryside one and a half weeks ago. Loving it so far! The apartments are very nice and the property is large enough to get in some great walks in the morning and evenings.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with ample storage in the unit! Management is very helpful, specifically Tiara. The maintenance team is also on top of it they were here to fix a small issue in less than 12 hours.

my boyfriend and i moved here quite recently and while there has been a large learning curve in terms of apartment living, it is overall a very nice and understanding community who is here to help. all of our neighbors have been very kind, and while we did get a noise complaint for assembling furniture which was a bit frustrating, we appreciate the dedication to making this a safe, comfortable, and quiet community for everyone.
