It's April 2023 and everyone in the leasing office is brand new. This is not an exaggeration. It was everyone's first day when I went in the office. Secondly, the floor plans available online do not exist. I applied for a one bedroom 3rd floor unit in the part of the building with the pool at 740 sq ft. I get there and saw a terrace level, 700 sq ft unit in the courtyard part of the building. Everything on the website was so vastly different than in person. None of the units are 740 sq ft, a 740 ...
sq ft unit literally does not exist but is available online. When I asked for my money back, they stated that it was nonrefundable even though they literally lied about the size of the unit. Is that not false advertising? Don't get me wrong, the living room and kitchen are definitely worth the hype but the bedroom is too small. You can barely fit a bed in there and the closet is about the size of a hall closet. SO unless you plan on putting your bed in the living room and not knowing what unit you're actually applying to AND won't get your money back, just run. Save yourself. And if you don't believe me, I dare you to go see it. Don't let the pretty pictures persuade you, it's very underwhelming.
