September 24, 2025The longer I'm here the more I'm finding things that I don't necessarily like. 1. None of the units appear to be the same. My unit does not have lights or ceiling fans in either bedroom. If I have an electrician come out and install them, that's an additional expense when other units have them equipped. 2. The appliances seem to be old and outdated. My washing machine is rusted. The stove didn't work properly and it took over a month before it was addressed. 3. Every maintenance ...request takes forever to be completed. (1 - 2 weeks vs 1 - 3 business days). 4. The cabinets are all peeling; I need to make sure this isn't taken off of my security deposit upon moveout. I've been attempting to give the community a chance since it's under new management but the changes seem to be extremely slow.Property Manager Responded

May 16, 2025I feel that the complex cam be more well maintained as the entrance gates should be close at all time. The complex need a whole make up pain pressure wash, and the dog park that has been abandoned for so long can be restored so residents can utilize it i see garbage everywhereProperty Manager Responded
