A Great Place To Live
March 28, 2024I have lived here for four years. Overall, I have had a fantastic experience. You can disregard any negative reviews about parking as the office staff has worked hard to fix this, and it is no longer an issue. The office staff is polite and willing to work with you. Stephanie is great and is always able to answer my questions. After living at other complexes and having negative experiences, I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a nice place to live at an affordable price.Property Manager Responded

May 9, 2023My experience overall at the Allot at Geneva has been fair, our apartment is spacious and fit all of our needs. Our garage was very large and is able to fit my sports bikes with my car. The staff there are all easy to work with and very helpful. The only negative experience I have had with the Alloy is that when we first moved into our apartment it was very unsanitary and seemed as if it wasn't cleaned at all. The carpets weren't vacuumed at all, the hard wood floor in the living room was a bit ...of a disaster and we spent multiple times going over it with a mop trying to clean all the dirt and grime off. the sink was completely clogged with gross trash and waste.
