You can disregard any negative reviews about parking as the office staff has worked hard to fix this, and it is no longer an issue. The office staff is polite and willing to work with you. Stephanie is great and is always able to answer my questions. Our garage was very large and is able to fit my sports bikes with my car. The staff there are all easy to work with and very helpful. The only negative experience I have had with the Alloy is that when we first moved into our apartment it was very unsanitary and seemed as if it wasn't cleaned at all. The carpets weren't vacuumed at all, the hard wood floor in the living room was a bit ...of a disaster and we spent multiple times going over it with a mop trying to clean all the dirt and grime off. the sink was completely clogged with gross trash and waste.
