July 14, 2025My lease was ending in 48 hours, and I had no place lined up that fit my lifestyle – I was so stressed out. I remembered seeing these apartments being built and decided to book a tour last minute. Matt was seriously amazing. He got me approved and moved in within 14 hours! I asked Matt if I could see a specific unit, and it was absolutely perfect for me – brand new, a huge kitchen (aka my office) with tons of cabinet space, beautiful bathrooms, great spot on the property, and close to everything ...I need. I was honestly blown away by how fast and smooth the whole process was. Alanna also stepped in to help answer all my questions and provided assistance while Matt was off, which I really appreciated. And I can’t forget about Cameron! He fixed the little things in the new unit super quickly so it didn’t impact my day-to-day at all. If you need anything done, Cameron’s your guy.
