May 16, 2025We moved in over about a year ago and couldn't be happier the ladies in the office are so professional and very quick to respond to messages.... we are in a Villa and we're the first to live in our apartment... maintenance was right ontop of the issues we had with things not being installed correctly.....the Villas are set up so it isn't noisy at all with anyone in our complex and we plan to NEVER LEAVE!!!!Review from Apartments.com
More like “unsafe” than luxury
February 27, 2024If you care about your safety and wellbeing, don’t move here. Which is a shame because the staff is great, but are unfortunately led by owners who don’t care. Where to begin, we have had our fridge break 5 times. Spoiling $500 worth of groceries. We were only compensated for $200. Our dishwasher break once. A failure to put salt on the sidewalks and plow the parking lot. And the worst things of all, is we had our shower glass door shatter completely out of nowhere. A huge safety hazard had any ...one of us been in our bathroom! Our shower door was of course replaced, (even though we were left to clean it up), but our safety concerns weren’t really addressed by both the owner and manager. We felt we deserved more in this situation. The fact is, these apartments are a classic case of too much too fast. We have only lived here since July, and the maintenance team has joked that our apartment is cursed. This is unacceptable. We pay too much money for ‘brand new luxury apartments,’ that are falling apart for no real reason. Very poor quality for a "luxury" apartment
January 21, 2024These apartments bill themselves as brand new luxury units. In the few months that we have lived in one of their new units, we have had nothing but problems. We have had our fridge go out on at least 5 separate occasions, causing us to lose hundreds of dollars on food. Our dishwasher stopped working as well. And the most concerning part of it all we had our glass shower door shatter out of nowhere which could have cause serious injury had we been in the room at the time. For all of this we have ...been given a visa gift card which barely covered a quarter the cost in lost food, and we only got that because the issue with the fridge is systematic at these apartment dozens of other people have had similar experiences. Overall, I would not recommend these apartment as they are overpriced, cheaply put together, and are a huge headache for something that should have been new and easy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
