This people will not wait a second to take you to court if they think you owe them money. I paid all 6 months of rent until my move out date, then the new owners bought the building without looking at the ledger to see who owes money or the current balance of the tenants and try to take me to court. I had to take days off to prove that I make the payments and get a hold of the old property managers to give me the ledger. much inconvenience for tenets. Very rude and inconsiderate people! Still waiting on my deposit and overpayment and it’s day 45 as of today. The only good thing about this place is the manager sassy, she is so nice and helpful.
